尊敬的各位家长：
上午好！今天，我很荣幸地在这里，作为你们孩子的英语老师，和你们共同探讨一下“怎样帮助孩子学好英语”，由于水平有限，不当之处，敬请批评指正。
首先，非常感谢很多家长对我工作的支持，有时周末把那些没有完成背书任务的同学留下，他们的家长再忙也毫无怨言的一起陪同完成任务。有时作业完成不了电话通知家长，家长能够非常理解老师的良苦用心而来说教自己的孩子等等。真的，我们老师有了你们的支持，哪怕一句肯定的话语，都会让我们老师的心里很暖和，也会让我们在教育孩子的工作能够更加顺利的进行。所以再次感谢你们对我工作的支持。在坐的很多同学的家长对我并不陌生，经过五年级一年的英语教学很多同学的程度都相对比较熟悉，看到六年级又有部分同学的.成绩有所提高，心里甚是高兴，说明家长，学生自己，及老师各方的努力没有白费。
经过两个多月的学习，学生与学生之间也产生了一定的差距。一些学生学习兴趣浓，学习尽头足，课堂上积极思考，踊跃发言，课后及时巩固，形成了良性的循环的好势头。我在此为他们感到欣慰。其实还有部分学生处于中间层次，老师所教的，所布置的作业能够基本完成，但学习的效率有因人而异，存在着个体差别。尽管他们平时不需要老师操太多的心，费太大的力，但是我更希望你们能够再上一个太阶。
当然，作为直接的知识传授者，老师有着不可推卸的责任。在此我只是真诚的呼吁我们的家长配合学校，配合老师，让我们共同努力孩子学好英语。用一句时髦的话说：我们要和孩子共同成长，那么重视良好的学习习惯的培养是帮助孩子进步的一个好方法。
在此我给家长的一些建议；
一、每大周回家时，让孩子大声读读课文给家长听，我们要鼓励孩子大声的朗读课文。
二、请大家在家里督促孩子保质保量的完成英语作业。养成良好的学习习惯，不要总是到学校老师检查过了，再去补作业，这样你就比其他学生慢一步，那么一步慢你就会步步慢，结果你就会陷入总是在追赶别人的恶性循环中。所以在家中父母亲的良好榜样起着很大的作用。孩子一般自控力都相对较差，这时父母亲对学习的态度，特别是行为，会极大的影响孩子，千万不能纵容自己的孩子说不会，就任由他去，你让孩子知道：今天，你花大时间去养成好习惯，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懒一会，你明天的作业就会更多。累计下来，你就是欠债最多的人。孩子是每个家庭的重心和希望，有一位家长说过“要把培养孩子当作自己的事业来做”是啊，只要你多投入一点，相信你的孩子会给予你更多的回报！谢谢大家！

Compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkward. But i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. I guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, I would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,I like my major packaging and I won't give up.
